Vendor Code of Conduct
Clark Craft Co., Inc., dba Brooklyn General Store/A Woolen Affair™ (The Organizer) prioritizes the creation of a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. To that end, The Organizer requires every Vendor to sign a contract which includes a commitment to comply with our Vendor Code of Conduct (the “Code”).
Organizer’s business is the hosting of events which connect community members with designers, dyers, makers, teachers, artists, and musicians (“Vendors”). In selecting Vendors, the Organizer seeks individuals and companies who treat their colleagues, employees, and customers with dignity and respect and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. This Code outlines the minimum standards the Organizer expects of all Vendors participating in A Woolen Affair™. The Organizer may, at its discretion, cancel the contract with any Vendor who fails to meet the standards outlined in this Code.

Product Health and Safety
Covid-19 /Contagious illness and safety
Vendors shall comply with all applicable health laws and regulations for product safety.
Attending in-person events may expose members of the community to an increased risk of contagious illnesses. While the venue is outdoors, there is still a risk of illness when attending a large event. While it is impossible to completely avoid the risk, Organizer asks that Vendors make a concerted effort to mitigate exposing members of the community to a contagious illness. If a Vendor becomes ill before or during an in-person event, the Vendor shall notify Organizer staff promptly. The Organizer will make every effort to work with the Vendor to find a substitute who can sell their goods on their behalf.
